Gabriel is an accounting, tax expert and the managing partner of the firm. He is well versed with the international standards on auditing (ISAs) as well as the international financial reporting standards (IFRSs). Gabriel has spent twelve years working for private organizations in Kenya.

He is a certified public accountant of Kenya, CPA (K) in good standing with the institute of certified public accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and also member of the chartered institute of development Finance (CIDEF) South Africa. He holds a master of science degree in development finance and a bachelor of commerce degree (finance option) from KCA University and Kabarak University respectively. International experience: South Africa, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zambia, Botswana, Malawi, Namibia

Francis holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and he is Certified Public Accountant of Kenya. Francis has 9 years’ experience in the audit and accountancy profession during which he has acquired wide experience in audit and accountancy with clients from all sectors of the economy including donor funded organizations and projects and business enterprises.

CPS Wambui is a graduate of Catholic University of East Africa where she attained her Bachelor of Laws degree. She has over seven years of experience in delivering Corporate Secretarial services. As a Company Secretary, CPS Wambui supports the development of board and shareholder documentation, plans board calendars and agendas and stewards’ compliance obligations. She advises local and multi-national entities on corporate law especially matters relating to governance and corporate decision-making and supports Boards in developing good corporate governance structures. She has excellent understanding of the laws and regulations governing corporate entities as well as corporate governance guidelines.
